PROJECT
His project ‘The clavecin royal harpsichord: timbres and the fantasy of the sublime’ proposes an organological, musicological and interpretative piece of research with three objectives: the construction of an instrument, the clavecin royal, invented by Johann Gottlob Wagner; the recording of an album performed on this instrument, mainly of pieces by Carl Philip Emmanuel Bach, who was closely linked to the clavecin royal; and finally, the publication of a book with the research and conclusions on its influence on music in the Germanic world at the end of the 18th century.
