Miguel Ángel Bernat Martínez

Miguel Ángel Bernat Martínez (Benisanó, Valencia, 1966) is a percussionist, professor and prestigious international conductor.

‘Performance, promotion and dissemination of the collection “Concert Studies for Marimba”: their analysis and recording’ proposes a close collaboration between Bernat and front-ranking Spanish composers (ranging from Jesús Rueda and Joan Guinjoan to César Camarero and Agustí Fernández, as well as others) to make up for the limited material available for teaching marimba and to give a more artistic focus to the learning process.

The project will be presented in Europe, the United States and Mexico, South America and Australia.
