María Arrate Muñoz Barrutia (Pamplona, 1973) is visiting professor at the Bioengineering and Aerospace Engineering Department of Universidad Carlos III de Madrid.
She is a graduate in Telecommunications Engineering, and has researched into biomedical imaging at King’s College London, the École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne (EPFL), CIMA at Universidad de Navarra, Caltech and Johns Hopkins University.
PROJECT
The project will develop an automated system based on deep learning techniques and dynamic programming to analyze mass resistance studies and response to chemotherapy, with the aim of discovering predictive patters of the treatment’s effectiveness.
