PROJECT
In the project Graves uses an experimental model to study the response of individuals to certain incentives generally used to reward good work or academic performance.
Her aim is to discover why on many occasions these incentives generate responses that are opposite to hose desired. To do so it analyzes and compares the behavior of the individuals to different pressure scenarios according to the type of task to carry out, whether routine or creative.
