Jean-Baptiste Paul Harguindéguy (Orthez, France, 1978) is an associate professor at the Department of Public Law at Universidad Pablo Olavide, Seville, where he teaches courses on the Science of Administration and Analysis, and Assessment of Public Policies related to territorial government, European integration and public policies.
PROJECT
The aim of this project is to develop ITT-Spain, an indicator of territorial tensions in Spain that shows the changes since the period of the Transition in relations between the autonomous regions and central government.
