Iñaki Permanyer Ugartemendia (b. 1974, Barcelona) is a postdoctoral researcher at the Center for Demographic Studies (CED) at Universidad Autónoma de Barcelona. His research focuses on the impact of demographic dynamics on the distribution of welfare among people, in particular if the welfare tends to be distributed.
PROJECT
The project extracts lessons on the progress made so far by countries to achieve the Millennium Development Goals with the aim of contributing to the informed drafting of a new global development agenda, analyzing in particular the impact of economic growth and population growth on the progress made by different countries.
