Héctor Simón Moreno (Tarragona, 1982) is a researcher working in the Department of Private, Procedural and Financial Law at Universidad Rovira i Virgili.
PROJECT
His project deals with the sustainability of the system of pensions and the effective application of the Spanish Dependency Act, which is being called into question by the current economic context.
In particular, it analyzes inverse mortgages as an alternative method of private finance and how to optimize and adapt regulations from the contractual, tax and human rights perspective to adapt them to the current needs of the elderly.
