Gonzalo Fanjul Suárez (Oviedo, 1975) is an independent social researcher specializing in inequality and poverty around the world. He is an associate researcher of the Overseas Development Institute of London, an independent consultant for the Innocenti Report Card 12 – UNICEF on infant poverty in rich countries, a and collaborator on the migration programs of the Center for Global Development.
PROJECT
In collaboration with researchers and journalists on three continents, the project aims to provide a new vision of the global migratory phenomena, their causes and consequences for the countries of origin, the host countries and the emigrants themselves.
It is an issue in the news, as a result of the challenges that developed societies must face with respect to their border policies.
