PROJECT
The effectiveness of an educational system lies largely in the performance of its students. One of the main challenges in the sector is to discover the factors that can determine performance, and that is the goal of this project. Based on the results of the PISA tests in 2015, and through the use of big data techniques, schools of low and high added value can be distinguished (those whose effectiveness is clearly higher and lower than that predicted according to their context and characteristics). It is then determined what the elements that differentiate them are, and finally an analysis will be carried out to provide evidence on the good practices that have been identified. These results will be published on a website that will also be set up to generate a learning community that shares experiences and reflections.
