Eduardo Fonseca Pedrero (Oviedo, 1981) is a research associate at the Departamento de Ciencias de la Educación, Universidad de la Rioja.
PROJECT
His project investigates the probability of developing psychotic manifestations, an area in which there are barely any reliable tools. This is done by studying a variety of risk markers, from neurophysiological and neurocognitive to experiences previously related to psychosis, in samples of adolescents and adults considered at risk.
The aim is to design strategies for early detection and intervention, both in the general population and in people with a medical history or background of risk.
