PROJECT
Her project is on ‘new forms of work in the digital environment: crowdsourcing, on-demand hiring and zero-hour contracts.’ The subject of her research is forms of hiring arising from the social phenomenon known as the ‘collaborative economy’ that are still not reflected in Spanish law and labor regulations.
The aim is to analyze the economic and productive advantages and disadvantages of these new relations between the company and the service providers, as well as the formulation of proposals to guarantee the protection of workers within this new framework.
