PROJECT
This project aims to create an imaging technique that improves the diagnosis of glioblastoma multiforme (GBM), the most deadly brain tumor. It is based on the development of an innovative non-invasive diagnostic tool for GBM that uses specific antibodies against metalloprotease MT1-MMP marked with positron-emitting radioisotopes and identified by positron emission tomography (PET).
